From the local loam, to trail centres and natural stuff that a bike with this little travel should have no right being interested in, this is the one that can do it all.
At the heart of it is our all-new, custom-butted and hydroformed 6013 aluminium frame.
Designed and developed with the help of Matt Walker from our Madison Saracen Factory Racing Team, you know it’s been put through the wringer and is built to last and go fast.
Every Ariel 30 features size specific wheels, with small and medium bikes in the 29/27.5 mullet setup, and the large and extra-large sizes 29er models.
But what if you change your mind faster than the bike industry about which wheel size is best?
We thought of that already. Whichever Ariel 30 you choose, we’ve included additional push links that you can swap out and see if the grass really is greener. All you’ll need is the right size rear wheel.
Our Pro model is our top-of-the-line, cutting weight and adding performance across every key component to deliver the best possible performance out on the trails.
The 130mm of travel is provided by a Fox Float X Performance air shock featuring two-position settings, with the matching 34 fork giving low and high-speed compression and rebound adjustment.
Shimano’s latest SLX shifting gives a huge 10-51 range for winching up the steepest slopes, each gear crisply accessed with an XT rear mech. Stopping is handled by Magura MTS four-piston brakes, matched to 180mm rotors for added control.
DT Swiss XM421 rims feature a 25mm internal width and are laced to smooth-spinning Shimano SLX hubs. Maxxis Minion DHRII tyres are spec’d as standard and, along with the rims, are tubeless ready – just add tape, valves and sealant.
Finishing kit is taken care of by RaceFace, with an up-to-date 35mm diameter bar and stem, with the KS Rage dropper completing the package.
When it comes to the details, there is internal routing for everything – including a dropper post – room for a 550ml bottle, superboost spacing for additional clearance, and big bearings which last longer and are commonly available should you need to refresh them.

Have your new bicycle or frame ready to collect in-store for free. Please wait until you have heard from your selected store prior to travelling as an experienced and certified mechanic will build and complete a pre-delivery inspection in-store.

Get your new bicycle or frame delivered straight to your door. Includes professional bike build, safety checks and pre delivery inspection, packing and shipment. We aim to get bikes despatched within 7 working days however this may vary during very busy periods. We use a premium two man delivery service to deliver all of our bikes and frames to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. The courier will message you directly with updates on your order. Please note, a signature is required to confirm proof of delivery. RETURNS: We hope you’re happy with your purchase. If you’re not perfectly satisfied and the order was placed in the last 30 days, you can contact us to arrange a returns collection.
